I have a 2013 F150, and this product fits! I originally thought I ordered the wrong one, and was preparing to send it back until I reached out to the company. Absolutely great customer service! The box did come with photo instructions, but there were a couple of nuances that weren’t clear. The customer service team cleared that up! It sounds and looks amazing! It takes some getting used to when it comes to navigating the functions, however, still a quality product. FYI, Not recommended to put your own wallpaper. A/C functions better with this unit than OEM!

I don't usually write reviews but regarding this product I couldn't leave it out. I am very impressed with the quality of this radio, all the functions work as they should, the climate controls that were previously manual are now all digital, integrated into the system. I added a SIM Card without any problem and now I have internet everywhere.

The Installation was quite simple, no wires were cut and it worked from the first power.

This is my first time using an Android radio, I know I still have a lot to learn about all the endless features of this radio.

I left the words about customer support for last. There are no words to express how well I was and am being served, they respond quickly to all questions with all the help requested. Congratulations to customer support, you guys are rock star.
